J. SWAGGERELLI

First and foremost, J is a producer/lyricist/engineer at his company Marksmen Music. Half Lebanese..the rest dutch/scottish/irish..He was born, and grew up in Beckley WV. In 1986 He started writing raps and was drawn in to the east coast hip hop scene. At 17 J started making beats for underground mcs,and at the same time went into active duty Army until 2001. Getting out, he moved to Baltimore and fell in love with the vibe and the city. J stayed low key and produced a handful of artists in the Baltimore area. Taking 2nd Place and third at local MC Battles...Living out of his car for three months and tryin to put the music together was a challenge...In 2003 J moved to NC with his brother ...and regrouped. Building the studio and his beat skills, J set his Eyes back on the place that was closest to his heart..Baltimore...There he formed 8th Wonder Productions which is now Marksmen Music.As a producer, J grouped with DJ Soulstar from NYC to form "The Marksmen", and added his old partners R&B prooducer Raphael Taylor and Rap producer,Veins in the mixture.
