I was born and raised in Monroe, MI and graduated from Monroe High in 1992. After high school, I spent 4 years in the Air Force (1992-96) and most of that was at Langley AFB, VA. After my term was complete, I came back north and began school at the University of Toledo in 1996. I spent the summer of 2000 riding a bike across the country (from San Fran to Wash D.C.) with the Journey of Hope cycling team raising money and awareness for people with disabilites (www.pushamerica.org). I graduated from the Univ of Toledo in 2001 with my B.B.A. I married my wife, Mackenzie, in July 2001. I traveled to, and lived in, many different cities/states with my first job after college (Chicago, New Jersey, Baltimore, Florida). Our son (Caleb) was born on 11/19/03 and shortly after we moved back north to be near family for a few years as he was growing up. We recently moved to Lubbock, TX where I am now an Assistant Director in the Rawls College of Business Career Management Center at Texas Tech University.We are currently building a house.
