People who swear alot. It's funny to me.
I listen to most things! I have an eclectic taste and I love it. I love learning about artists or bands I know nothing about. Bring them to my attention and I'm sure I'll find something about their music I'll be able to appreciate. I've currently got Queens of the Stone Age on heavy rotation with Sweatmaster. Musiq's 'Soul Star' and N.E.R.Ds album I can't get enough of. A compilation of Billie Holidays' most popular works is getting played quite a bit too. I just copped MJ's Bad album and the Rat Pack with the infamous James Brown's Funky Good Time, Kool and the Gang's live album and the Darkness have made a come back into my cd selection. Red Hot Chili Peppers, Al Green's best of with Marvin Gaye's 'What's Going On' album is infectious. Sicissor Fight and Wheezer are starting to grow on me now. Har Mar is one of my favourite floor fillers. Fiddy Cent, Chingy and Kanye West... His album is wicked. I would like to hear some Jelly Fish right now though. And the list goes on. Jay Z & Busta. Jagged Edge do something to me every time I put them on.... Pattie La Bell is awesome as well as Johnny Gill. Buena Vista Social Club are kinda rockin' with their live stuff.... I'm getting tired now. THIS IS VERY DATED, BUT AS I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TELL YOU WHAT I'M LISTENING TO AT THE MOMENT, I'LL JUST LEAVE IT BE... 16 APRIL 2005Here we go.... Ben Folds 5, The Band, Motor Head, Sound Garden, Audio Slave, Amerie, Jon B, Kardinal, Clor, The Profiles, Tokyo Dragons, The Game, Faith Evans, Death From Above, Queen... That's kinda covers the past few Months, Stevie Wonder, Sludgefeast, My Feebie Weenies, Steely 'THE' Dan, Elephant Man... Break Beat Jazz stuff too, god damn it, ANYTHING I TELL YA!!Misfits, Zutons, Kings Of Leon, The Profiles, The Red Neck Manifesto, AC/DC, Abram Wilson, Zena Edwards, Bonobo, Todd Edwards, The Hives, Mariah Carey, The Isley Brothers, Marvin Gaye, Tony Braxton, Audio Bullys, Brian Willson............... Bo Diddly, Howlin Wolf, The Band, Ella Fitzgerald, Jose Feliciano........Eric Roberson, Mary Mary, Zeke, Jeff Buckley, Kelly Price, Kevin Mark Trail, Knoc'Turnal, The Game., Motorhead, Musiq, Outkast, Spandua Ballet, Wookie, Cee-Lo, Clipse, Black Mountain, Louis Prima, Nelly McKay, The Meteors & Foreigner.... Handsome Boy Modeling School, Led Zeppelin, The Von Zippers, Danko Jones, Anthony Hamilton, Muddy Waters.... Been listening to The Cramps & Syleena Johnson all day today actually...Daft Punk, Gnarls Barkley, The Zutons, Pale Horse, Deerhoof, Basement Jax, The Pharcyde, Bestie Boys, Outkast, Prince, The Pixies... Janis Joplin, Sounds of Blackness, Luther Vandross, Kate Bush, The Wyans Brothers...
I love laughing, crying & pondering and being scared on occasions.... So that about covers most stuff. Stand up, sit-coms, Docus about crap I know nothing about, Drama.... Anything that gets time flying by. Wickerman, Last Kiss Good Night, Dancer in the Dark...
I watch too much. I need to get a job. Seinfeld, CSI, Criminal Minds, Simpsons, yada yada yada
I like comedy type stuff... Cedric De Entertainer's "I'm a grown Ass Man" and Bernie Mac's "I aint Scared of You" are both HILARIOUS! At the moment, books about adolescent white boys for some reason, such as 'Vernon God Little'& 'Adrian Mole' & (self help stuff) 'Drop The Pink Elephant' & a few of Paulo Chelos books too. Just read 'Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas' & wanna read some more books about taking drugs. Preferably written by people who were on drugs at the time, so please recommend some titles.
I would't really call them 'Heroes' as such but I do have people that I respect greatly, such as Stevie Wonder, Mrs. Pattie La Belle and most of the people I keep around me... Also just people who work hard and are really good at their craft.
