Growing up on the streets of the 7 cities, Syris Phynx created a style of rap not often heard from an M.C. He brings one of the notorious raw sounds over some of the grimiest beats in Virginia. Early in his career, he was apart of a known group in the tidewater area know as "KONTRA". He felt like he never had a chance to shine as much as he should have because he was still learning his craft and there were 8 members in the group. Now many years later Phynx and his partner in grime Flamez have made there mark on the streets as the P.I.G.S.(Partners In Grime Squad). They have come together as one of the most talked about groups in the 757. In saying that Syris Phynx is the name you'll hear a lot of if you have'nt already. His Street Gladiator project is combined with some of his most stand out songs and some classic hits such as Shadows of the Night and Wonderful. Syris Phynx is definitly here to stay and he is the NEXT LEVEL.
