I was born in Gernika (yes, like the piccaso's picture... he named the picture "guernica" after the germans -hitler- bomb my city) in 1979. I studied film at "Bilbao's film academy", during my first year I write and directed a short movie (No hay caballo) and 3 documentals, one about the "Guggeheim museum of Bilbao", another one about the "Euskalduna palace" and the last one about "Genrosso: International performing arts group", an Italian music group who was making "Streetlight" a musical in Bilbao.
When I finished my studies at "Bilbao's film academy" I moved to Madrid to continue studying. I made a master in film direction with the "Universidad politecnica de Barcelona" and "Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria", my final project was the script for a short movie (La elegida).
In 2005 I write with a friend my first movie "Porque te quiero" (www.pktkiero.com - www.myspace.com/pktkiero) and in november-december of the same year we shoot a teaser of the movie to promote it in the internet and send it to diferent spanish production companies.
In January 2007 I start my own production company (/dreamlandproducciones)
