Biology might not be destiny...but pronouns certainly are.

About Me

I live in the Land of the Mouse with my boyfriend, Jim, and our two dogs. Originally from Illinois, we moved here in 2003 so I could go to grad school and Jim could go to the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (oh yeah, and the whole weather thing didn't hurt either). Currently, I am working on my PhD in Sociology with emphases in gender, feminist theory, and social inequality. If I manage not to screw around too much I should be done in May of 2008.
