About Me

As a kid my mom took me to the movie theaters to watch films. Even when she didn't feel like going on a certain day, I would make her take me :) I was hooked. She was the only one who knew my love and passion for film. She never doubted me. Even after seven years of her passing, she influences me everyday of my life. She is my main hero. I wouldn't be where I'm at if it weren't for her. I owe all my achievements to her. I recently became an assistant editor at a post production house in Burbank. I took editing as an elective course and fell in love with the craft. Editing became an exciting journey for me and gave me another look on filmmaking. I graduated from Cal State Northridge with a bachelor's degree in Cinema and Television Arts in an emphasis in Screenwriting. Also in 2006, I interned at Cannes Film Festival in France. It was the best experience of all time. To be at a festival that huge made me realize how much I want to be in the industry. I love to write and direct. I've written, directed, and edited my own short films. If there is anything else you want to know about me, just ask.
