Sabák Péter alias Shabaak is one of the most creative producers around Hungary. The 28 year old multi-instrumentalist plays on everything from piano, drums, guitars, but his main instrument is the double bass.
Shabaak is active member of the Budapest music and club-life since the mid nineties. Worked with bunch of local hiphop bands but also teamed up with Dj Shuriken (their track Psycked Up Muzak released on FSOJ 7, Compost Records).
He leads the jazz group Kamu, travels around Europe with the experimental rock outfit Másfél, plays in the background band of Sena. Shabaak is a constant guest of Rewind, the longest running drumnbass night in the capital of Hungary and composes music for several contemporary dance shows.In 2005 Shabaak got a chance for doing regularly recording session at his friends studio. The essence of the first period became the standout solo debut, Feet Travelling. Under Dizko Stu moniker Shabaak wraps his thoughts in different styles, varied grooves and broken beats. He played almost on every instruments and sampler, wrote all the tracks, and designed the cover.Feet Travelling guests include: Zaida a Puerto Rican/New Yorker singer, worked with many Hungarian acts; Sena the female fighter from Ghana, after the great success of her astonishing debut works with DJ Vadim; Mc Zeek, the old fellow from the Rewind gigs; the saxophonist Vázsonyi János, a bandmate from Kamu (the only instrument which not played by Dizko Stu personally).
