Rainier with my dadI'm kind of an environmentalist, but not overboard, I work in ecology.I still call Mom for recipes and gardening tips and Dad for a biking partner.Real close family - we all get along fabulously.I like animals and have had some pretty exotic pets.Love to cook, garden - hopefully one leads to the other.

I'd like to meet:

I like to go out and hit the town or hit the slopes. Seems like most of my friends are married and stuff so I'm just looking to meet some new cool people to hang out with.I prefer hanging with people who have something going on... hobbies other than just work (unless maybe you're passionate about work)... hiking, writing, basket weaving, anything, just be passionate about something. Also, not too interested in supporting Bush. yay! the bad guys lost the House.Slowly working on a new album with my band Trapezoid Monks.Below is a video from the HBO show Flight of the Conchords which is the greatest TV show ever made! or at least my favorite.

Music:

Flight of the Conchords, The Rev. Horton Heat, Old 97's, XTC, robyn hitchock, peter blegvad, david grisman, grant lee philips, the shins, old crow medicine show, syd barrett, Bowie, beatles, mojo nixon, stan ridgway, nick lowe, elvis costello, the who, wall of voodoo, B-52's, Devo, pretenders, Sinead O'Connor, old rolling stones, pink floyd, The Corrs, kirsty maccoll, pogues, superchunk, They Might Be Giants, Alejandro Escovido, Tom Waits

Movies:

Lair of the White Worm, Ellizabeth, The Wicker Man (the 1973 original, not the new one), Ken Russell flicks, Gladiator, 40 year old virgin, julianne moore and kate blanchett and of course, everyone's favorite - Johnny depp

Television:

already have one thanks. but I guess I'll watch Scrubs, south park, maybe Lost, Boston Legal is great! (Go Shatner!)and now I'm completely obsessed with Flight of the Conchords - it's like the Office meets the Monkees with a They Might Be Giants attitude

Heroes:

Ben Franklin, and the classic - my dad (he bikes 50 - 100 miles/week)
