Monkey Business
I enjoy physical fitness and am fascinated with the study of human anatomy, nutrition and training systems. I enjoy a program that focuses on functional strength, balance, flexibility, and superior cardiac endurance. Along with this program I partake in reading and study which helps to foster mental clarity. Health should not be a burden, so I enjoy talking to people and giving them fun and creative ideas on how to improve their health through diet, exercise and meditation.

Parkour - (Le) Parkour is a physical art of French origin, the aim of which is to move from point A to point B as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment — from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls.
