Esoteric knowledge, listening to your story, music, nature, memory exercises, eating a huge meal and then going right to bed, playing music, singing and dancing, making people laugh, spending time with my friends, pushing it to the limit.
Monkey Business
I enjoy physical fitness and am fascinated with the study of human anatomy, nutrition and training systems. I enjoy a program that focuses on functional strength, balance, flexibility, and superior cardiac endurance. Along with this program I partake in reading and study which helps to foster mental clarity. Health should not be a burden, so I enjoy talking to people and giving them fun and creative ideas on how to improve their health through diet, exercise and meditation.

Ghost Rider
"Ghost Rider is a premonition from a previous era, from another dimension. He embodies everything that is free, everything that is dynamic and flowing, everything that is fearless and without bounds. He comes and shows us how life is meant to be, then disappears like a whisper in the wind. Will he return to correct our ways one day? It is his fate as well as ours." - Sokushi
