After four years, it feels like we're finally getting somewhere.
Like any band, writing music, good music, is our forte. Our music is created in a small room in an industrial estate. Doesnt sound inviting but its our escape from the outside world, where we create sounds and work to make it our own.
We don't label ourselves and we dont like to. Purely because you can't really pin us down to one. Yes, it's rock. But it's not just rock is it? We dont all share the same influence. You can decide whether its a good or bad thing.
We work hard at what we do. Writing songs that agrees with our high standards is one thing - self-recording and promoting them is another.
We enjoy the odd acoustic gig giving a new edge to our music. Remixing our songs with help from some friends in Watch My Eyes Glow and recoveryUnit also helps widen the variety. You now understand why we dont like labelling.
We've had our achievements. A spot in the Scottish Finals of the Emergenza festival was a highlight. Making four demos (soon to be five) has also been an achievement, like a sound diary of how much we have progressed. But we plan to make more.
We've had some problems too. A couple of line-up changes that not everyone was entirely happy with, some that still aren't. At one point, even some of us didnt approve. But we get on with it, weve paid the price for what weve done. Its in the past and thats where were leaving it. Were not here to make more enemies.
We've got some plans. Plans that no doubt you will hear of and hopefully, you will be a part of. We wont be stopping anytime soon.
