About Me

I'm a freelance journo with an eye to reporting on the wondrously seedy and corrupt world of American politics. The only time my competitiveness rears it's ugly head is at Singstar karaoke - although I'm told my rendition of Eye of the Tiger is quite something... Despite protests from female (and male) friends, I'm proud to own England's 2005 Ashes victory on video - it's nice to re-visit the Edgbaston test on a rainy day! I'm a romantic who will always try my best to take part in "top 5..." conversations, but don't seem to come up with the answers people want to hear...although I think I've changed a few peoples minds about the genius of Ronnie Corbett...
