I dig Saturday morning waffles, game days and movie nights with the kids, hanging out at the cafe as a family, and being the best dad I can be. I am so lucky to have Lynda to do all that stuff with. I'm also interested in music (see below), movies (see below) and reading in bed with Lynda for hours at a time. In fact, I enjoy everything I do in bed with Lynda for hours at a time. I like to cook Asian- and Mediterranean-inspired food. I'm also into martial arts, yoga and running. I'm fascinated with science. I like learning about different religions and mythologies as well. I'm basically an optimist. It's pretty much an article of faith with me that we won't all murder each other or reduce the planet to radioactive sludge before things start getting better. I also think we're going to evolve into godlike posthumans and migrate to the far reaches of the universe. As far as articles of faith go, I think mine are pretty benign. I really enjoy provoking existential crisis in myself and others. Most of all, I enjoy hanging out with Lynda, Alexa, Nathan, Haley and Heather. They really are my best friends in the world.
Since I've lived all over the place, I thought this might be a good way to reconnect with all the fine friends I've blown off over the years. Aside from those folks, I'd like to meet talented people, clever people, beautiful people, Zappa fans, extraterrestrials and Illuminati.

Creative and independent types. Eccentricity helps too. Lynda, Zappa and Bjork are way up there on my list.
