About Me

Myspace Contact TablesPisces are spiritual in nature and emotional in expression. Pisces intuition and imagination are at once Pisces strengths and weakness. Pisces are attracted to the mystical side of things, and herein lay potential danger, for when pulled beneath the currents of everyday life, the realms of imagination and the subconscious offer little structure. Without the foundation of reality, it becomes easy to flounder and to lose direction. The Pisces motto might be "REALITY IS A SHARED ILLUSION," and, in a higher sense this may be true. Nevertheless, you still need to survive in this "shared illusion" of reality, and sometimes this becomes a struggle for you compassionate Fish, who can feel the pain of the world as if it were your own. There's no easy escape for you. Your best path is to follow a creative or spiritual pursuit while doing your work in the real world.Element: Water Astrologically, the water element symbolizes emotion. Water runs deep; it seeks its own level and will flow until it has found it. The cycle of water is endless with the snows falling in the mountains and melting. The mountain streams join to make the great rivers that run to the sea. The tides and currents churn the oceans. Similarly, our feelings are flowing as they connect the present with past experiences. Sometimes the waters are so deep that we cannot put words to our feelings.Joy and SorrowThen a woman said, 'Speak to us of Joy and Sorrow.'And he answered:Your joy is your sorrow unmasked. And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears. And how else can it be?The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain. Is not the cup that hold your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven? And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives? When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy. When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight. Some of you say, 'Joy is greater than sorrow,' and others say, 'Nay, sorrow is the greater.'But I say unto you, they are inseparable.Together they come, and when one sits alone with you at your board, remember that the other is asleep upon your bed.Verily you are suspended like scales between your sorrow and your joy.Only when you are empty are you at standstill and balanced. When the treasure-keeper lifts you to weigh his gold and his silver, needs must your joy or your sorrow rise or fall.Kahlil Gibran ~ The Prophet

My Interests

Laughing!!! Snowboarding, hiking, disc golf, dancing, traveling, music, a good bottle of wine, beaches, art (both creating and admiring) relaxing as much as I can. I enjoy discovering new music, food, and cultures....

I'd like to meet:

People who are going to be real with me. Honesty is rare anymore, but it is still out there.Obviously since I have a MySpace profile, I am here to meet and converse with fun and exciting people, (Yay!)Currently I dont have intentions of making my page "Private" since I feel it sort of defeats the purpose of having a personal page on the web.... However, I am not putting myself out there to "hook-up" with someone or be a sort of cyberslut, so please if you have read my profile and you feel the urge to send me a message, make sure that it has some quality to it. For example, a message that reads: "Hey hottie, wanna do me...." is not what most would consider quality or respectful communication. Another reason people have profiles is so that people may read them and find others who share common interests. So if, for instance, your name is Bob and you are from South Dakota, and you dig country music, and hunting for wild game....we may not have much to talk about. So please if we dont have a single thing of interest in common, keep on moving. Thanks for taking the time to read this! ~C~
