About Me

One Life Surf School is Eastern Canada's first women's surf school. Basically, a bunch of the girls who were teaching lessons for the local surf shops in the area, threw our ideas together and One Life Surf was born.One Life Surf is about unity, empowerment, fun and sand between your toes.In addition to surf instruction, we offer camps, retreats, seminars, professional development (team-building, conflict resolution) massage therapy, reiki, yoga, apparel, environmental workshops, and many other outdoor activities.
