Yukon Ho!

Five intrepid travelers met one night at base camp in the former Yukon Terroritories after panning for gold for the last 18 days. After each one reluctantly admitted to no luck in their continual quest for gold, the men instead decided to form a band in hopes of striking it rich. Cashing in on the latest resurgence in loud, angular rock music over disco/funk beats the ragtag group decided to form a dancepunk band in hopes of playing loud, angular rock music over disco/funk beats. All five members still reside in various mining communities hidden in the upper recesses of the Canadian wilderness, awaiting their time when they will storm the indie music scene and declare victory, victory, victory! And once their reputation has been established they will once again retreat back to their native Yukon, with chants of Yukon, Ho! Yukon, Ho!
