But to elaborate:On the eve of Devil's Night under a harvest moon in the year Nineteen-hundred and eighty-one, I was born to a martial arts master and a homeless native-american/gypsy girl. My dad said, "I'd like a son someday." My mom says to (the man who would be) my dad, "I'll give you a son if you buy me a car."
And then I was born.

Currently I'm working the night desk at Phoenix Hotel on Eddy and Larkin in San Fran and I'm occasionally the bouncer for parties at Bambuddha Lounge, at the same location. Drop in to visit sometime. Night desk work is lonely. I also work on films and that sort of thing. Just finished my third feature project. Look me up on imdb.com under "Jeremy E. Jones."
I figured out how to upload some of my videos. But only the really short ones, and only in low quality versions. Sorry for the poor quality. I'll work on this...

Music:

I used to be a in a horror-punk band called "The Cadavers," but my own personal tastes are along the lines of Tom Waits, Sigur Ros, Material Issue, Ben Kweller, Lisa Loeb, Tori Amos, Travis, The Transplants, Outkast, Old 97's, Black Lab, Better Than Ezra, and so on and so forth... I also love pretty much every Danzig-era Mistfits song and live recordings of Tool and APC shows...

Movies:

They're all worthwhile in their own way... I think you can learn something from any movie, whether it's "bad" or "classic." I'm a film major so it's hard to begin on this topic. but one thing is a definite mainstay: Every Wednesday is Kung-Fu movie night. And Burton, Kaufman, Raimi, and Fincher are probably my cinematic heroes...

Television:

I haven't had a TV in years. I watch whatever's on the TV at the gym when I'm doing the cardio machines though... while listening to Kelly Clarkson.
