From My Perspective To be yourself, in a world that’s constantly trying to make you something else is the biggest accomplishment. Your biggest challenge isn't someone else. It's the ache in your lungs, and the burning in your legs, and the voice inside you that yells can't. But you don't listen. You push harder. And then you hear the voice whisper can. And you discover that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are. So here’s my message to all of you reading this: There will be times when people try to pull you back from reaching your goals… whether it may be because they’re jealous, envious, or simply selfish. But despite what they say, you have to pick yourself up and keep on going in the direction of your dreams. If you allow people to bring you down, you’re allowing them to hold your future in their hands by giving them the control. You’ll allow opportunities to pass you by and as a result, fail to accomplish what you had hoped for. So forget about everyone else and continue striving to reach your goals, because that way, you will not fail. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you ignore all the criticism, and allow perseverance to meet opportunities. Basically what I’m trying to say is that, in a world where you can be anything, be yourself.

Movies:

In Front of the Camera At the age of 3, my parents enrolled me into gymnastics which I continued to train & compete for the following 13 years. Eventually, I had ranked 7th place provincially, and injured my leg before I could continue further. While I was still in gymnastics, I decided that I had a passion for performing, as well as competing & wanted to pursue a new passion in addition to gymnastics. At the age of 9, I began to sing and dance, as well as perform for live audiences, and choreograph dances on my own. I loved it. But still, I strived for more. So at the age of 10, I was enrolled in modelling & acting classes although I was extremely insecure; it was then that I had realized that I had a passion for being in front of the camera. Years later, my agent, who was Gaulthier Artists at the time, had moved to California, leaving me no other option than to relocate to another agency, of which I had also received training. I learned how to project my voice, how to walk, how to overcome shyness... etc. and I began to develop my portfolio from there. I did this by attending shows, shoots, and auditions. For the first 3 years of my modelling career, I ended up spending a LOT of money on developing my portfolio, and attending photoshoots because I would always seek more and more exposure and experience. Unfortunately, during those years, the modeling industry wasn't really happening for me... I was barely getting any calls, an agency ripped me off, and I was spending all my money on photoshoots rather than earning it. I realized that if I wasn't happy, I should be doing something about it. For some reason, I still had hope because it was something that I enjoyed so much.. so I continued doing what I was doing. As the years went by, I was entered into a pageant of which I placed 2nd, and finally began taking every opportunity that I could to find success. Since then, everythings been incredible, and better than I had imagined when I first began... Now, I can finally say... "I did it." As you can see, I'm just an normal teenaged girl, striving to make it big in something that I love doing. So here I am doing just that & completely satisfied. I'm proud to say that all the work that it took to get where I am today, was completely worth it. So my own personal advice to all of you: you'll never know what you can accomplish until you try

"I realized that if I wasn't happy, I should do something about it."
