2Deep productions presents a rising star Ricky Sprakett aka Rickman. Coming from Gordon Town St.Andrews but having spent may years in the U.K Sprakett has started on the long road to stardom. Having recorded his first record at the age of 16 with Spanner Banner at the time he wasn't sure if he wanted to take up a recording artist life but kept on D.j an writing Lyrics. In 1998 after meeting local producer Shineye from 57th Dynasty he voiced a song on the rhubarb & custard riddim,still not sure his next recording was again with Shineye who had by this time teamed up with local engineer Charles Rockwell voicing a track an then returning to Jamaica it was here he then decided to take his career seriously. During this time Shineye and Rockwell had joined together with Tony Ra and Goodguy to form 2deep Productions. As a first project Spraketts album Real Life was born. A blend of dancehall, roots rnb hip-hop to jazz and grime there's a track for everybody. Having completed the album and recently returning to Jamaica he has appeared on shows with Tony Matterohn ,Bounty Killer and Fire Links is currently playing exclusive tracks by him and is getting video and radio play extensively across the island .
