Im a goodhearted woman in love with a Goodtimin man! I grew up in the southwest between AZ & NM until I was 21 when I moved to Northern Cali. And when Creedance said "stuck in Lodi" they werent kidding! But i lucked out recently & and moved on down to southeast Texas! My Papa was an accountant & taught me how to run a buisiness from the get go. He also managed the county race track (Messilla Valley Raceway) while i was growing up so I learned how to work long hard hours from the time I was 12 & still have a damn good time earnin that dollar! He later went from the dirt track on to build dragsters so I defenatly can appriciate fast cars. (not to mention the cute boys that drive 'em!) My grandfather owned Turrentine Chevrolet in Las Cruces NM so we are definatly a bow tie family. My momma is a artistically talented educated, proper christian woman & brought me up in a whole differant world than my papa did. She grounded me spiritually, taught me alot about art, appriciation of beauty, and showed me strength in being a single independant woman. So in a nut shell Im pretty well rounded most of the time. (the rest of the time I'm just flat out confused!) Ive been tattooing for 14 years. I opened my studio with a whole lot of faith in myself some hand-me-down equipment & 15 bucks in my pocket. 5150 Tattoo Studio was est. in 1997. It became very financially successfull yet very mentally overwhelming. So 7 years later I decided to close the doors & take my work on the road. I am very fortunate that I can provide for my babies with my God given talents! I am now on the beach in Galveston TX and lovin' every minute of it! I work the day shift & its nice & cozy with NO drama! I have had some definate ups & downs in my life but I am greatful for everything I have. I have more than a handfull of good & loyal friends that I couldnt make it without. (yes- I know who my REAL friends are!) *Im all about good ol' fashioned hard work. (its not always about the dollar - its about learning & growth. Money is just the nessesity that comes with it - not the purpose.) *I THRIVE on the Word of God. It consistantly revives my soul. (in the world we live in, there is no true life without The Holy Spirit living in us.) *I believe in standing up for what you believe in even if you are outnumbered.(never sell yourself short.) *I speak my mind & ALWAYS the truth even if hurts someones feelings.(sometimes they just need to hear it anyways) *I DON'T conform to societies steriotypical standards. (Nothing would ever evolve or change if everyone did .) *I think that the people who say "dont take kindness for weakness" usually say that because they are weak! (I cant tolerate weakness.) *I appriciate everyone that has crossed my path during my life & I hope Ive left you with a little piece of me cuz I grasped onto what you all have had to offer in some way or another. *I love to play and dance and sing with my BEAUTIFUL babies. They are my reason for being. Time has gone by way to fast for us but at this time in my life we are closer than ever and have nothing but good times. Through all my tough times, & my long, hard roads, my kids are the only true ones in my life, that, from day one have never left my side, always accepted me for who I am,(even when i'm pshyco-mom) & have had unconditional love for me. THEY ARE MY BEST FRIENDS!
