About Me

I am here to lead a purposeful life, to re-educate my self to the wisdom that my old soul knows to be true, and to use that knowledge to help others see the light. The mission chosen by me in this life is to help women that have allowed and participated in abusive relationships, out of love. That having been said, I live by five basic ethical principals.Basic principles: Simply Stated The Value of Life: There is an inherent value in every human life. The value may be subjective but there will always be some value attributed. The Principle of Goodness and Rightness: Try to always do good. If you can't at least be good don't be bad Try to keep bad from happening. The Principle of Justice or Fairness: In the distribution of anything (reward, punishment, goodness, badness etc.) there should be a system in which all are treated justly and fairly. The Principle of Truth Telling, or Honesty: Rule one - Always tell the truth. Rule twp - When Rule one doesn't work ... don't lie. The Principle of Individual Freedom: We are all free to choose our paths and the resulting consequences as long as we do not disrupt the freedom of someone else in the process.

My interest include, enjoying the beauty and balance of mother earth, living & learning life's lesson's, making a conscious effort to view this earth walk through the 'eyes of a child'--hiking, aerobics, yoga,meditation, challenging myself to be the best me I can be overall !!
