Barely Legal started one rainy day in New York City when two bored angsty teenage white girls on drugs accidentally turned regular conversation into a rap. From there, an imaginary rap duo became a syterical rap duo, which became a substance influenced yet strongly desired dream, and is progressively becoming a reality. Currently, the band is working on their first EP, "The Girls Bathroom EP", to be released sometime next fall. The artists reside in Brooklyn, where they enjoy getting intoxicated and practicing in the home of Cookie.
