Nothing exciting here. My lifes ambition was to raise my children successfully and now they are grown. YIKES!Now I am on my own. A self-made thousandaire! lol I spent most of my childhood and young adult life around the same people in the same town in the same state. Now I am in a new state surrounded by new people. Will I adjust or will I become a hermit. HMN... Maine is different! Ok... I did NOT become a hermit! YAY! Instead, 2 years later, I am still employed with the Cross have a circle of friends and am soon to learn how to play keyboard and am gonna develop my voice and put it out there to the public... and you know what? shhh but it's pretty scary but I can not wait to get my keyboard and see what I do with some Carole King and Tom Petty to start!! Then I'll get some stuff posted on my MySpace and have my own myspace player, that is SO exciting! I've been told by hundreds of people that I have a great voice-well we will see...THANK GAWD MAINE IS DIFFERENT!!!!!!!

Music:

I am a fan of local music and love to go to local places and watch over a couple pints of good british cask ale. I am especially fond of Boston's homegrown. My favorite time of all was club hopping in Bournemouth England and seeing the locals play in clubs along the boardwalk. NOW I go to local places in Portland and enjoy the music in my new venue! Great selection of beer around here as well!Hopefully soon I will be one of the local voices around town...

Movies:

I love Sci-fi, especially Star Trek adventures. I love apocalyptic films like "the day after tomorrow" starring my favorite actor Dennis Quaid. Don't tell anyone I work with but I own all the original cast movies and series of Star Trek, hehe.

Television:

There is absolutely no need for any other t.v. stations for me except: Sci-Fi, Discovery, Science channel, and of course the Comedy channel. Can't live without My fav. comic Carlos Mencia and My fav cartoon South Park!

Books:

I am a book person and am surrounded by books in my home. My favorite book store is Parnassus on Cape Cod on route 6A in Yarmouth. If only my apartment could smell like that bookstore!

Heroes:

I would have to say my dad. When I was a kid he worked 3 jobs and went to school so he could provide for his family. His main goal in life was to constantly strive to better himself as a human being and believed that all should do the same. He always persisted despite lack of support and understanding without falter. I wish he were alive today so I could tell him how proud of him I am and always have been. I see him now at his final resting place every couple months or so and let him know. ..
