I'm a thai transsexual - tranny, T-girl, shemale, ladyboy - whatever you call... (surprise...) and so proud of it, a former editor of POP magazine (being an editor in Thailand is not a big deal, as well as being a DJ), writer, professional clubber and currently working as a pubic, er sorry, public relations and marketing manager at club Time Out, Bangkok.
I'm easy-going, laid-back, sweet and shy but for some reason people seem to assume that I'm this outrageous girl who walks around the house wearing a leather corset, boots and a whip in my hand, drinks vodka and 2 paracetamol for breakfast and spends all day taking nude pics of myself, while my neighbors who have never seen me during the daytime for years and only see me at night wearing black clothes and high-heels seem to think that I'm either a vampire or a prostitute, or, maybe both.
After living a rock n roll lifestlye for years, lately I've started to feel like doing things normal people do, like, go to bed before 2 AM, get in touch with nature, wake up early on a sunday morning (without a hangover, of course) and go to the park or spend a saturday night at home with some special guy trying to cook him something while he is watching football (It'd be better if it's the other way around - he cooks for me while I watch Sex & The City). Although I love fast beats, dancing, get drunk and be crazy but I'm also on a mission to look for something new and more meaningful, as Bjork says "There's more to life than this" - she is so damn right.
UPDATE - FEB 07 : After Club Time Out got shut down out of the blue, i saw it as a sign to move on and do something i've always wanted to do since i was very young. My dream has come true as now i have my own small publishing house called Kitsch Books. i'm a director and editor also a columnist for magazines. (very Anna Wintour and Carrie Bradshaw). now i work at home and i have never been happier and have realized i should have done this long time ago. i've been a good girl. i'd prefer a wheat grass shot rather than a tequila shot and instead of getting drunk and dancing (almost topless) in a club i'd rather to go travel to the countryside. i'm more like J.K. Rowling than Paris Hilton these days, a sexier version of J.K. Rowling, of course.
