About Me

I am an amateur actress (altho' I do pick up some paid gigs occasionally); I sing a little, but not as well as my prof. singer daughter (see "Friends"). I have been married to the same man for 100 yrs. He likes calling NC home...I prefer Florida...he wins. I have three great children, and three beautiful grandaughters, and a wonderful daughter-in -law and son-in-law. I'm fortunate to get to see the older two grandaughters often, but the baby is in San Diego....hopefully they'll be closer soon. I like to play golf, but don't have time, so I'll get in a fast set of tennis once in a while. I play the violin, but am certainly no virtuoso. I am a registered radiologic technologist, but I only do that part-time now, so I can have time for my acting gigs.

A lot of people.......Peter Nero,Tony Bennett, Julie Andrews,Tony Mottola,Phil Mickelson,Gene Hackman,Gordon Parks (but I'm too late on that one), Billy Graham,Gordon McRae (is he still alive?) Doris Day,Meryl Streep, that wonderful British actress whose name I can't remember, etc.,etc.,etc...

Music:

Big Band, dixieland, barbershop singing,jazz(not modern), show music, classical, some country, bluegrass (instrumental)

Movies:

Feel good movies..Sleepless in Seattle, When Harry Met Sally,The Wedding Planner, Three Men and a Baby, etc...and musical comedies. I like no-brainers,so I don't get a migraine trying to figure out the plot.
