DONU ON DRUMS WHO HAS BACKED UP MANY ARTISTS IN ALL GENRES FROM OTIS DAY, JAZZ ARTIST FRANK BALLARD . AND PLAYED IN A BAND WITH FRIENDS CALLED KLASS WHICH HAD JAMES EARLY ON BASS. JAMES WAS THE PRODUCER FOR M.C HAMMERS FIRST 3 ALBUMS.AND GUITARIST FORMER GUNS AND ROSES NOW VELVET REVOLVER GUITAR MAN SLASH.ALSO MUSIC DIRECTOR AND PRODUCER FOR DREAD DAZE AND OTHER ARTIST. Donu: / DrummerDonu the man the musical director and holds up the Dread Daze sound. He has been keeping the riddim For over 25 years.Drumming as a youth in schools bands Fairfax High drumline to Cal State LA. He was in a High School band called Klass with former Gun & Roses guitarist now with Velvet Revolver Slash.A music conservatory traveling on the road with Otis Day and the Knights, Caustic Monkey and Zumbi.The Meech Wells project and the Hank Ballard Trio. Donu has much skills as was told to him by one of his mentors Buddy Rich, Neal Peart, Andy Summers and many more. Living in Jamaica and cultivating his sound with Rastafarians in the 12 tribes circle. He also plays with several gospel artist.As a session drummer to recording engineer Donu wears many hats and they all fit.
