Laceration

Laceration, a band formed in late 89 early 90 by pete and death dave, recruiting drummer chris(petes brother) from another local band. continued on as a three piece for six months writing the music that would lay the foundation of the band. then enter Lead guitartist Mikey G. after trying out numerous guitarists, and not finding the right fit. we as a band knew Mikey G was the perfect fit to make the heavy music we were playing more melodic and increase potential of the band immediately. the band started playing local shows recored a three song demo (worthless words) and continued to work on building a following. We opened up for Morbid Angel two times and Kreator among others along the way, headlined a few local shows, and due to unfortunate circumstances, chris and pete left the band and the band disbanded. death dave and mikey g, decided to continue on, picking up jason to play bass and john to play drums. the lineup recorded two songs that were supposed to be released on an independent compilation that turned out to be a scam. we were able to get copies of the two songs that never got released!in the last couple years, Mikey G and Death Dave have decided that, we are going to push forward and make some new music. we are currently, working on making a CD for this year. We have picked up a new bass player C.Crowley who will also add an additional element with his MC abilities. (SIX NEW TRACKS are on here right now.
