McPheeters hails the city of Louisville, Kentucky. The peculiarities of ministry could be seen in the young child as he often would pray for animals and preach to trees. His spiritual teachings began under the leadership of Bishop Eugene J. Stewart, of Greater Bethel Temple Apostolic Church. Phillip recalls an innate desire to please God and his ambition for God to be pleased with him. Phillip was baptized in the name of Jesus at the tender age of seven and spoke in other tongues, evidencing the filling of the Holy Ghost at the age of eight. This promising experience distinguished new beginnings for this young man of God.As he matured his commitment and resolve to serve the ministry is evidenced by his participation as a Sunday School Teacher, Musician, Praise and Worship Leader, Youth Minister/Ministerial Aid, Choir Director and President, etc.Before Phillip graduated from J. Graham Brown School, at the age of twelve he was preaching the Good News and ushering in the presence of God through worship, declaring the Name of Jesus Glorious! Magnificent! Incomparable!Phillip attests that it wasn’t until he became older that he realized the responsibility of the mandate and the call of God on his life. A mandate that God instituted before the foundation of the world was laid and this is the impetus for his search to know God for himself and to know Him in the Power of His Resurrection.Phillip’s spiritual regime includes his continuum to know God through daily prayer, fasting, intercession, reading, studying, and digesting the Scriptures. It is Phillip’s honor to represent God by following the precepts of His Blueprint for Living that includes following peace with all men and holiness without compromise and cautious handling of the divine anointing that has been placed in his life.While occupying in Louisville, the Lord strategically connected Phillip to assist Prophet Brian J. Mosley and the Bread of Life Ministries, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Understanding that his gift made room for him, Phillip’s destiny preparation was enhanced by his father’s teachings of how to delve into the Word to understand the mysteries and principles of God as an oracle through the revelation of the Holy Ghost. This experience working across the nation with Prophet Mosley has been a life-changing empiricism, one that has given Phillip insight in effectively ministering to the people of God.Phillip, intimates “No More Church As Usual, but Church Unconventional” bridging the old with the new so the People of God can live in the ‘Greater Works’ the Lord declared.To facilitate this, Phillip has been divinely re-assigned back to Louisville where the Lord is using him to manifest his Prophetic Evangelistic Ministry.
