Dingwash, groupe de reggae/dub du pays basque, composé de 6 musiciens venant des deux coté de la frontière, a pour mission de distiller une musique inattendue aux parfums planants et envoûtants du dub en passant par des senteurs dimprovisations jazzy, sans oublier les fondamentales roots/reggae qui constituent le squelette du groupe. Dingwash se veut être un groupe autodéterminé favorisant le dicton : « on est jamais mieux servi que par soit même ». Dans les actes, cela se traduit par l'autoproduction de leur musique en commençant par les enregistrements, la diffusion, sans oublier la partie promotion, tout ceci afin de garantir un libre choix artistique sans aucune contrainte, pour laisser libre court aux esprits afin de concevoir une musique intemporel, proliférante et singulière. Actuellement immergé dans la préparation de leur second, dingwash travail en parallèle à l'élaboration d'un album de dub/jazz/ambiant.
