I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet Bonnie Raitt, Oprah & Queen Latifa. Crawford wants to meet John Cena & Steve Corwin. Landri wants to meet Brenda....oops, I meant London Tipton, Vanessa H., & Miley Cyrus. Harold doesn't care to meet anyone...unless it's someone from the Texas Lottery letting him know that he just hit the big jackpot! Recently, we've all met Landri's birth sister, Tisha. She is so amazing! She's 15 and a Freshman at Henderson. What can I say about her???? Beautiful, smart, compasionate, strong, funny, brave...and did I mention beautiful... We feel so blessed that we've gotten to know her. This is only the beginning of a wonderful addition to our family!
Music:
Bonnie Raitt is my all-time favorite! I pretty much like all genres of music...country, rock, R&B...especially music from the '70s & '80s. Crawford loves NickleBack, Cross Fade & ZZ Top...Landri loves Beyonce, Soulja Boy and for me to sing Hush Little Baby...although I can't carry a tune. Just gotta love her! Harold is pretty much country all the way, although he's been known to party with some Rod Stewart and has requested Mustang Sally a time or two.
Movies:
Wild Hogs, Beaches, The Last Holiday, The Notebook...Crawford likes movies about sports...Gridiron Gang, The Longest Yard...Landri loves all movies as long as she can get a LARGE popcorn w/extra butter & a large Sprite. Harold usually goes to sleep during a movie but liked Wild Hogs and just about anything else with Martin Lawrence. Tisha & I just saw What Happens in Vegas...it's hilarious!
Television:
Forensic Files for me and anything on HGTV...Crawford LOVES Animal Planet, Drake & Josh & iCarly...Landri can't go very long without Sponge Bob and likes Zack & Cody and Hannah Montanna. Harold loves anything on ESPN...even ping-pong! He really likes anything sposored by Mossy Oak. Hmmm...
Books:
We love kids books!!! A Bad Case of Stripes, Wodney Wat, Piggy Pie and Magic Treehouse series. I loved The Five People You Meet in Heaven,Stepping on the Cracks and Crash & just read Twilight...good one!
Heroes:
My kids...they inspire me & make me laugh. They've taught me what unconditional love is all about. And most certainly,Harold. I don't know why he loves me so much, but he does and he's a GREAT Dad!
