M.A.SS DESTRUCTION as a label strives to return Hip Hop to an art form in which the disenfranchised find and use an honest voice- and demand results. Today's RAP paints us a glamorous image of gluttonous need for material things, when the reality is that the disenfranchised live in a whirlwind of struggle and mass destruction. HOW CAN WE CALL RAP HIP HOP WHEN THE MAJORITY OF IT DOES NOT TELL THE STORY OF, BUT GLAMORIZES THE DEMISE OF THOSE STILL STUCK IN HELL OF POVERTY? TRUE HIP HOP will die if the real voice of struggle from which it came is not heard. We as musicians and artists are looking to revive its heart. The current talent affiliated with M.A.S.S DESTRUCTION hails from Massachusetts, where we are hoping, through muisic, to cease our own M.A. destruction happening in these very streets.
