About Me

Live to play, not playing to live!A lot of bassist ask me about how can they select a proper bass guitar, if you look at my PIC's you will notice that my BABIES or some what reasonable in price? I found this article that sums it all up! All basses work the same, whether they are conventional or radical in style. You want a bass that balances well on your shoulder, isn't too heavy, and has the right look and sound for the kind of music you play. The most important thing about the look of a bass is that you like it. The more it fits you and your music, the more you'll play and enjoy it.The starter bassist should realize that in recent years, many very affordable "starter" basses have become available. Many of these are very playable. They aren't as elaborately finished as more expensive basses. They will have pickups and hardware of lesser quality yet they are quite playable and will take you through the early stages of learning to play the bass. For players uncertain of their talent or sustained interest, these lower-cost instruments let them give bass a try without a big investment. If you are more sure that your interest will be long term, it might be better to go a little higher in price and quality. You won't outgrow the instrument too quickly, and an intermediate bass can also make the learning process a little easier. Now I have some serious BASPPLAYER on this site, for the new player listen to them an practice hard, And while you're in mySpace it's time to just chill out and listen to the smooth jazz sounds of my friends, "SHA" and my band. As I alway say. There are just so many great Bass Players on this site!!! "Cool Cool"!

Influences: My basses/bass harmonies conveyed wiregrass with emotion. My bass playing infused the music with R&B grooves, often featuring the EW@F and Nathan East flavor, along with that Marcus Miller detail musical knowledge, while the jazz and in my heart with the deep Blue/Jazz/Funk territory just kills the fans. And the church with their distinctive vocalists inspired near-religious adoration in my heart to keep playing forever.
Sounds Like: Well to be honest we have Wayne Smith and Blake Branch with-in the wiregrass area and after letting you know that, I would like to think of myself as one of several premier bassist in the Enterpise area "Corduroy Blues" that's the band, I have fused a deep knowledge of the some African-American musical tradition with an uplifting, spiritual idealism. To sum up the breadth of my sound is impossible, because after listening to cats like Marcus Miller, Stanley Clarke, Louis Johnson, Larry Graham, Joel Smith, Tyrone Brunson, Boosty Collins, Michael Manring, Jeff Berlin, Jaco Pastorius, John Patitucci, Oteil Burbridge and oh my "GOD" Victor Wooten and Andrew Gouche is simply impossible, but because the group's versatility and awe-thier talents are so limitless it,s inspiring. We play powerhouse Funk anthems, R&B grooves, ballads, light rock and blues that tugged the heartstrings while sending the spirit soaring across the sky."Cool Cool"Quick Sand
