......................BE WHAT YOU WANT, DO WHAT YOU LOVE, SAY WHAT YOU FEEL BECAUSE WE MAY NOT BE STILL HERE TOMORROW.....................I have been painting in oils for a few years now because i wanted to do something more challenging than acrylics. But I'm not an expert. I get through a lot of daubs before the good stuff comes through. Its the same when i write poems or compose music, theres a whole lotta' chaff to get through before i strike gold. I paint on commission, i'm open for business for PORTRAITS, GRAPHIC DESIGN and CONCEPT ATRWORK. As a matter of fact a couple of the images in my pictures are commissions, no longer in my possession. Like the SKALA tattoo, i designed for a friend in 6th form, the PLAIN HAMISH artwork, (that was for me, but im working on some pretty mad designs for Ali Murden of THE ADVANCED, give him a visit) and the portrait of "SAM AND HIS GIRL". JOHN FRUSCIANTE was a present for Helen's 18th and the rest.. i dont know, they are all just off the cuff. Im currently working on TATTOO DESIGNS for myself and Ross, and i guess anyone else who asks. Mine is the angel guy with the big wings. God knows if Ross will ever get his done though, its enormous, winds down his arm! Jesus, i don't half waffle! Like i mentioned, I write and play and sing for a solo musical project.. i don't care if it takes a long time to finish because at least i will have got it sounding exactly how i wanted it to. 'ANGEL,' on my music page is set to be the last track on the finished article, which i plan to name 'PIECES.' Because it is basically a bunch of pieces of music put together, either congruously or incongruously depending on what is appropriate. I have an unusual writing style; i plan out the stages of a song in blocks denoting a certain mood or tone, and write the actual music around that idea. Its complicated, but whatever. Oh, and on a totally different note, (no pun intended,).. you know who you are.. Listen closely.. can you hear it?
