Hit The Deck Entertainment was formed in 1998 by Shavarr Brown (aka TRE-B), a graduate from the rough streets of Western PA with a deadly synergy of street smarts and a hustlers will, and co-hustler and partner and co-producer David Carter, with the focus on bringing the super talented Western PA area (and their own talent) to the forefront of the music industry.
