Biography:
Hailing from Leiden (The Netherlands), Teije van Vliet is the upcoming Drum & Bass deejay/producer, better known as Lenzman. Influenced by Hiphop, Soul, Jazz and Funk, Lenzman has been making waves of late with his deep, soulful productions and smooth, rolling sets.
Signed to labels such as Spearhead and Phuzion, Lenzman's music has received support from the likes of Fabio, LTJ Bukem, Marky, Marcus Intalex, Calibre, D-Bridge, Artificial Intelligence, Makoto, London Elektricity, Nookie, Nu:Tone, Doc Scott and Goldie to name but a few. Furthermore his music has received playtime on various radio stations (BBC Radio One, BBC 1Xtra, Ministry of Sound Radio, Bassdrive, Life FM, Hospital Radio etc.).
As a deejay Lenzman has more than 10 years experience under his belt. During this period he has held numerous residencies throughout The Netherlands and has played across Europe and Asia. Furthermore he has performed alongside many artists such as LTJ Bukem, Calibre, Commix, Artificial Intelligence, Zinc, Lomax, Makoto, London Elektricity, Nu:Tone, Nookie, Big Bud, Klute, Survival, Cyantific, Redeyes, Ill Logic & Raf, Craggz & Parallel Forces, Skc & Bratwa, Stress Level & Tc1, A-Sides, The Insiders, Martyn, Icicle, Switch, Dragon, Sp:mc, Deeizm and Lady Free.
Together with (emcee) Dan Stezo and (deejay) Scarr, Lenzman hosts the soulful Drum & Bass night Fever (@ LVC, Leiden), where they have received a host of international artists.
