I'm starting my own business in note finding. What I do is known as "matching", which is where I locate someone with a note and match them with a qualified buyer from our website. Note finders are not agents.A real estate note is a promise to pay or allow you to take the real estate. Many people holding "paper", as notes like this are often called, would want to sell them, if only they knew the option existed. These notes are often created in the sale of a property when the buyer doesn't have sufficient credit or cash to pay full price. The seller may then take a note, back by a lien on the property as part of the purchase price. But of course, this puts the seller in the position of having to manage the note, which was not what they intended when they sold the property.If you want to pay off your debts, go on a vacation with family and friends or what ever you may need the money for.
