About Me

Risen from Kuopio, Finland. Born out of love of all things rock and boredom at the flannel clad apathy of the grunge years. Have been worshiping at the altar of big, loud, distorted, screaming guitars ever since in various incarnations, settling down to the current trio lineup around the turn of the millennium. Played more than a few chaotic gigs here and there all over Finland and occasionally in Estonia. Started out as a top hat, frilly shirt, blue lipstick, PVC and lurex wearing 70's style glam band in the vein of T-Rex, Slade and Gary Glitter. Eventually morphed into a denim'n'leather, hard rock'n'roll combo with more AC/DC, old KISS and Southern Rock influences thrown in the mix. Add some old school heavy metal riffs and stir. Rosy Dream were there long before hard rock and big hair became cool again.

Sounds Like: AC/DC, old KISS, Peer GÃ¼nt, Dumpy's Rusty Nuts and other early 80's NWOBHM to pub rock combos as it is right here, right now. The Dogs D'Amour, Gary Glitter, Slade, T-Rex, Starz, Tigertailz, Rankelson and Wrathchild UK in the beginning of time. A hybrid of these and other things in the middle.
