I'm just a normal person, living it up in a place I was swore I would never live again. (hey, Bradenton!) I mean, I love this place - I like knowing where the movie theaters are and I like that my high school is down the street and I love the whole small(ish) town thing - but seriously, I never thought I'd be back here. And by the way, wasn't I going to be married with kids by now? reading, sleeping unreasonable hours, reading everything, the news, movies, thinking of ways to fix up my house (but not necessarily doing them), finding bargains, clearance aisles, rocks, buying stationery, genealogy ...

Anything by Jasper Fforde, Laurel K. Hamilton or Susan Elizabeth Phillips. Dee Henderson. Stephen King's early stuff and some later stuff (his middle stuff got icky),
