I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm currently a grad student at Virginia Tech in Electrical Engineering trying not to let school take over my limited life ;-)...that's a pretty good description of me...besides being quirky, weird, quiet, freakishly tall, kooky, stable, unstable, a cold fish, emotionaly challenged, in touch with reality, a space cadet and probably much more if I took the time to listen to some of the other voices in my head.
I've been swimming regularly with the VT Masters team and am super happy to be reasonably back in shape... swimming is such a nice release from the daily grind of school and research and slacking. As far as free time activities I tend to like most outdoorsy things (hiking, tree climbing, frisbee throwing, etc.) and as far as night time entertainment I would much sooner choose to hang out with a few friends and chat over ice cream or festive beverages and watch a movie over going to a club. Although occasionally I am coerced into getting all pretty like and going out.
