Started djing aged 18 late 2003 with an avid interest in pounding percussive techno beats,he learned how to express his music implementing a driving touch the way he desired to build his sets. Making it to the semi-finals of the juice dj quest 2004 competition his career kickstarted at The Backroom in March 2005 as one of the residents, the perfect club for his dark,driving sound. Following his dissapointing early exit of the 2004 Vestax Extravaganza mixing category dj competition, he was undeterred and determined to make his name in clubland and with a fusion of techno and uplifting trance music he honed his skills at The Backroom handling many genres of music following the club's music policy changes, ranging from trance,progressive, funky house, techno and hard house. Later aged a mere 20 he moved on to become the new resident at TwelveSI , churning out pumping, funky vocal house at Bliss the lounge as well as performing occasionally in the mainroom, Atmosphere. Has warmed up for Big acts such as Alex Taylor ,Mandy Rollins,Jake Kilby and Gomi and built his steady regular warm ups and main sounds for Saturday's DivineBliss and Sunday's House music nights. He now is the single main resident jock at Maison Dance club KL playing driving house and funky electric vibes Ian's musical influences include Erick Morillo,Alex Calver,Marco V,Ian Carey,Armin van Burren,Robbie Rivera,Roger Sanchez,Eric Prydz and Antoine Clamaran.
