Well, like, hi guys! My name is Michael, but due to the surplus of Michael's in the world, everyone calls me Mickey.I'm 19 years old and I live in Amsterdam. I mostly spend my time working (I'm a freelance translator- possibly one of the coolest jobs in the world. And the chicks love it!), having fun with friends and clubbing. If I'm not busy doing any of those things, you'll most likely catch me reading good books or making weird, disturbing drawings.I live for art. A good book, good music, a beautiful painting, a thought-provoking movie; I thrive on any form of art.I'm also politically active. I'm a card-carrying member of the Dutch Green party and I'm also involved in a number of foreign and domestic NGO's.And then there's relationships, love, romance and sex and all that stuff. Well, I'm not really into that stuff as much as some of my peers, although I've been undergoing a change in mentality recently. I've finally realised that isolating myself from everything that has to do with relationships will only make me bitter, lonely and sad. Kinda like George Lazenby.I also have a pronounced interest in entheogenics and I regularly perform self-experimentation with various entheogens (I live in Amsterdam, so these substances are fairly easy to come by in legal ways. Illegal drugs are bad, mmmkay?).
