About Me

br OUR ALBUM... MAKING LOVE WITH FEAR IS OUT NOW!!!!! BUY IT RIGHT HERE!!!!!

Also available at Off the Record, M Theory Music, and Music Trader!!!!!

Also on iTunes:FING is comprised of five members. Their sound touches everything from electronic disco and funk cuts to surfed out blackmetal and folk jolts. FING was formed out of what was a couple of talented musicians pigeonholing themselves into a path that they had already tried to take in other projects. There was a lucky and early break in that monotony that led them to a new drum with a groove like a canyon. FING has great conciousness of what people enjoy about music and the performance of it, which shows through the music they write. FING appreciates shock value, humor, dancing, and fun over all. Have fun!

Sounds Like: It sounds like a whole lot of different stuff. Not one of our band has stuck to just one type of music that we listened to. I don't know anyone who has only ever liked just one type of music. Why would we then go and form a band, who's sole purpose is to express feeling and enjoyment for our peers, that plays just one type of music? I can't think of a reason either. I'm not trying to down bands who do that either. I think it's amazing if a band can stick to one type and maintain excitement and keep people wanting the next song. Most of us have an attention deficit though. I feel like our eclectic mix of music also shows our diversity and skill. Have you ever got sick of hearing the same chorus, riff sequence, drum break, back up styles, rythmic value, vocal style, etc.? Yeah. Lame huh? Musical freedom has been on the market for a great number of years now and FING feels as though we should take advantage of that. There are so many of you that we would like to connect with.... even if only for one song. We now have a better chance because of where we are and are heading. Love it all.
