Sand & Cigarettes

About Me

Nate Moore and the Tracks, the single best display of human ingenuity and outright coolness ever seen, came from humble beginnings. The three bastard sons of a four star general, a multi-media giant, and St. Francis de Sales (the patron saint of journalists), came together for the first time in 1964. After a long night of heavy larceny and binge drinking, the three musical prodigies (and ex navy seals) met each other at a bus stop and began an impromptu jam session that lasted almost 23 days, claimed the life of a stuffed cat names Tibbs, and has been linked the extinction of the Quagga. The moment the first note was played the fated three knew they had only two options in life, to become world famous astronauts, or to start a band of incredible talent and absolute wonder. A week or two after the letters from NASA came in the mail declining their applications the path became clear...
So began the constant struggle and cinnamon flavored debauchery known simply as:
Nate Moore and the Tracks
But who is Nate Moore and the Tracks exactly? What happened to the Sabi Walruses? Where are my keys?! Why didn't anyone notice the new Darrin on Bewitched? When does this end? How can a trio be so damned good?
The answers to these, and pretty much every other question in the universe, can be found by simply messaging/adding the band or attending a show that will just blow your mind!!
P.S. Don't forget to ask about getting a copy of their first full length album Sand and Cigarettes
Now then, let us rock...
