About Me

Hi there, I'm Peter, I live in Birmingham and have been playing piano and guitar for over 23 years.
I divide my time between 3 projects; Dada Mouton Noir, who have spent 10 years writing and performing, the Surinder Sandhu Band, with whom I have spent the last four years recording and touring and more recently The Musgraves, who are making waves in the music industry circles and have been cited as ‘2008's hottest new band’!
In 2004 I featured on my first major release, 'Cycles and Stories' by the Surinder Sandhu band, which was the follow up to the critically acclaimed 'Saurang Orchestra' featuring 'Steve Vai', 'George Brooks' and 'The Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra'. My most recent release was 2008’s ‘The Fictionist’ by Surinder Sandhu and I am currently working from my home studio, writing and recording material for a solo album which I soon hope to complete.
I have a love of movies and cinema and have spent several years creating a home cinema with 5.1 mixing facilities to begin writing and recording soundtracks for film and television.
I love spending time with my friends, listening to music, enjoying nights out that carry on into the early morning, dancing or watching a good film.
I have number of other passions and will gladly share them with anyone willing to ask me about them...
MySpace Music page coming soon.
