The career of a young Dj, Gerysson, really got started a couple of years ago in 2002, although he tried out himself at some smaller parties and managed to create some beats too. His style features elements mostly from the dirty beats of New York, but all the other sections of hip hop could be found in his sets. He mixes old values and new elements of style with a good sense of taste, what the audience welcomes with great enthusiasm. He made his first major mixtape called Mixtape 4 My Friends in the summer of 2005. A music critic wrote about the mixtape:Gerysson looks like a total crowd-inspire to me,I got goose bumps from the scratch intro of the first moment. But he didnt just showed his talent only in the world of mixtapes. From 2003 to 2005 he was the official Dj of Hösök, one of the most famous Hungarian hiphop crews and winners of talent scout called HipHop Mission. Since then he's the Dj of DSP, a bunch of talented, ambitious, young guys, whom will release their first LP after their succesful debut EP called Telepszemle. Dj Gerysson has been to lots of events so far, he has also taken part in organizing smaller parties. He was able to refresh the weary party life of his hometown, Keszthely. Along with his friend and fellow dj, Zefil, they popularized the K-OS parties in Veszprém city and he was also a stable artist of the legendary Kész Face parties, held in Pécs. He appeared in bigger events too, he was invited to the 2004 Hungarian Basketball All-Star Gala, held in Budapest Sportaréna, the greatest sports-court of the country, where he played for 8000 people. He appeared at the Offline Sports Game with 23000 enquirers during the day of the show organized by Offline, the market making, extreme sports magazine. He played before many internationally known and beloved artists as, Afu-Ra, Jeru The Damaja, Grand Agent, Scratch Perverts, Erick Sermon, Das EFX, Lords Of The Undergound. As well as hes been to nearly all of the greatest festivals of the country, like Sziget Fesztivál, Volt Fesztivál, Sportsziget, Budapest Parádé, just to name some. He played not just hungarian but international crowd too,when he was invited to show his skills in Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania or Poland. Dj Gerysson's latest works are a participating on the famous hungarian rapper, Siska Finuccsi's new album called Dühkór, where he liables for all the schratches except only one track.
