I paint, sculpt, write, craft, whatever comes to my mind. I'm into Oriental culture and art, with a focus on tempera inkbrush landscape paintings. That and stencil art/urban mural work. I also love the outdoors like camping, hiking, biking, swimming. I like growing things, and healthy entertainment like a good old movie or a well written book.

YES! I scored higher than 3/4 on Hedonism and Cautiousness. I am carefully indulgent...
Tough, my favorites are mostly psychedelic or indie: Postal Service, Unicorns, Neutral Milk Hotel, Flotation Toy Warning, Flaming Lips, Electric President, older Radiohead. I'm sure you get the idea if this is your genre too. I dig the 60-70's stuff too, Velvet Underground and the Incredible String Band, older David Bowie. I like my blues, too Bukka White and Mississippi John Hurt. I dig vintage recordings like Dick Justice (what a name) and Lucille Bogan. I'll listen to just about anything but this twangy new cookie cutter country, and really bad rap.
I love CINEMA. Campy like Tremors, soul moving like Shawshank Redemption, comedy like Young Frankenstein, Horror like Takashi Miike's stuff, psychological pieces like Memento, biopics, it's all good. I just hate the drivel, stuff that's made for the sake of money, not art/entertainment. Crappy action flicks like "2 Fast, 2 Furious" or the shoddy capitalizations like the new Matrix installments. They weren't BAD, but they were created just to make money and it shows.
Faves would be Hayao Miyazaki Movies like Porco Rosso and Howl's Moving Castle, Jim Hensen Movies like Labyrinth, and classics like Raiders of the Lost Ark, or Alien.
I hate commercials. So I don't watch much TV. I'm NOT going to call it evil though, because it's not. If you're gonna call it evil you're taking the easy way out. If less people settled into the couch and accepted the shitty programming marketed to us right now, we'd have a much better selection. I download a few shows, but they're mostly retro or unavailable in the United States. I really love The Mighty Boosh and Snuff Box off BBC 3, and The Adventures of Pete and Pete for its creativity and style. Oh and the B+W Twilight Zone and HBO's Deadwood. Guns, Liquor and Women; they nailed that one right on the head.
Otherland by Tad Williams, Dune by Frank Herbert, The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame, and The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster. I like nostalgic books like the Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland, and books that can actually scare you like House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. And the Tintin graphic novels by Herge...
Gee. I never really thought about that. "A hero is someone who understands the responsibility that comes with his freedom." -Bob Dylan
