Well let's see... After 13 or 14 years of mixing the sound for "Pantera"/"Damageplan" and a few other bands before, in between and then after. I decided to stop touring.How many times can you see the world. Believe me, even half millon dollar tour busses get's old after years of it being your second home.Out of our close net family for all those years, I might have been the only one that always hated the road, so after "Dime" was killed I decided that was enough. I did do a year of jumping around the world with a band called "Trivium" in 06, just to see if I could handle going back and doing a live gig again. It was the same old shit. "Krell and Dikes" as "Bass" once put it. Ha Ha.Anyway that was like starting over but at the same time being able to see all the dumb mistakes being made everyday for the second time in my life. It's easy the first time, when your "young, dumb and full of cum" and guess what else?There I was, back were I started... hating the road... AGAIN!It's funny... everyone wants what they can't have. How many times I have heard, "WOW, it must be great to travel all over the world".All I can say to that is... "WOW it must be great to use your barbecue grill, watch "Block Buster Video" and see your dog every fuckin day!So now... I have found myself for the last year staying at home and working at the "House of Blues" in Dallas. It's different but I like it.Like the old saying goes... "The Grass is ALWAYS Greener..."Life goes on and "Time is Always Truth" Be certain of that!Aaron
