Oh no, its D!

Comming from all de way in South Trinidad also known as Tarouba, a village in Marabella. I grew up in a musical and religous family. Playing dholak at the age of 4 for my Dad, Devanand Sookram every thursday nite "ramayan" friday nite "maticoor", saturday nite "cookin nite" and sunday "temple" and weddings. As a young drummer in Trinidad, I have played in all well known chutney arenas such as Renzi Complex, Samar Entertainment Center, Simplex Complex, Himalya, Triangle 1 & 2, Gulf City, Diwali Naagar, Garccara Park just to name a few. One of my biggest events playing was back in 1994 and 1995 in front of 100's of people in the Indian Cutural Pageant for my Dad. This landed me in an article in the Trinidad Guardian.(There's more events 2 much to put) Now I'm living here in the United States, working ,living and also continuing my duties. I'm a guy that loves to have fun and smile with everyone that smiles at and with me & I live my life to the fullest and enjoy ever part of it.
