Skylla is an unsigned R&B/Gospel/Crossover artist. She has been performing live for just on 7 years. Her love of black gospel music has led her to sing cover songs that not many vocalists would attempt, from artists such as, Yolanda Adams, Aretha Franklin, etc. This has resulted in many invitations from event organizers for her to perform at some of the largest Christian festivals in Australia and New Zealand.
Skylla has supported some of best in the music industry including: Boney M, Ron Kenoly, The Katinas, Che-fu, etc
Skylla has toured extensively both locally and abroad, including the Pacific Islands, New Zealand and Eastern Europe.
Skylla’s debut EP "Trials of Your Faith" won "Best Urban Gospel Song Music" and "Best Urban Gospel Song" for 2006. The awards are presented by the Australian Gospel Music Association.

Skylla has been awarded 2 awards for "Best Gospel Song Music 2006" and "Best Urban Gospel Song 2006" respectively in the Open Awards and the Genre Awards, both for her song "Trials Of Your Faith"

She picked up the awards at the Australian Gospel Music Awards in Canberra on the 8th of March 2007.

The Australian Gospel Music Awards are presented annually by the Australian Gospel Music Association.
