About Me

As the name implies, my name is John Maximilian Repka, but those who know me call me "Max." I have been composing since I started to play the keys, and that would be when I was three years of age. I played the flute since 5th grade, but my primary instrument would be the piano. I love soundtracking and any kind of music I can learn to compose I will. I compose on my lovely MacBook Pro which essentially is my entire band member. No need to rehearse, no whining, no blasting, just me. Ahhh. Influences: Rock, Celtic, New Age, Dance, Soundtracks, Bluegrass I could name a whole slew of things. If I hear it, play it, hum it, whistle it or sing it, I am influenced by it.
Sounds Like: I am told time and time again that my songs sound very fitting to Gaming music. Though this is very vague, I suppose that's what I will stick with.
